This fee will be applied to the service charge. DMV Drop The Mic - Booking Policy & Artist Agreement By booking a session with DMV Drop The Mic, you agree to the following terms: 1. Artists must arrive on time. Sessions start and end at the scheduled booking time. 2. No drinking, smoking, or drug use is permitted on the premises. 3. No guns or weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises. 4. DMV Drop The Mic does NOT own any music performed. All music rights remain the sole property of the artist. 5. DMV Drop The Mic retains 100% ownership of all video and visual content recorded under the DMV Drop The Mic brand. 6. This is NOT a music video. The recorded content is a branded performance segment used to promote the artist on the DMV Drop The Mic platform. 7. Artists will be added as collaborators when content is published. 8. DMV Drop The Mic is owned and operated by Antwon Hall. 9. Payments are due after the video session and are accepted via: • Cash App • Apple Pay • Cash By checking the box during booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
